When you’re booking your children’s dive certification courses through our Kids Sea Camp reservations team, we arrange a dedicated instructor who dives with kids for all dives for the duration of your trip, providing your family with continuous support and guidance. Comprehensive, Cost-Effective Packages: Don’t be misled by seemingly cheaper online offers that often hide extra costs. Kids Sea Camp packages are designed to be transparent and comprehensive, offering exceptional value for everything provided.
Dive Gear for Kids: Kids Sea Camps provides scuba rental gear for children ages 4-16 for the entire dive trip. This includes masks, fins, and snorkels, which SASY, Seal Team, and Jr. Open Water students will get to keep. At select destinations, such as Roatan, the Philippines, Fiji, and Dominica, we also provide BCDs (Buoyancy Control Devices) for kids enrolled in the PADI Jr. Open Water course to keep. In these destinations, as well as Belize, St. Lucia, and St. Eustatius, we offer BCDs for kids enrolled in the PADI Seal Team course. Many other operators charge extra—up to $200+ per week—for gear rental for kids, or may not have suitable children’s gear available. If you don’t own your dive gear, please let us know, and we have all the necessary information ready for you.
Dedicated Dive Pro: Having a private divemaster or instructor is crucial for kids and beginners. When booking a trip outside of Kids Sea Camp, this critical detail is often overlooked and not arranged. The cost for having a private divemaster or instructor can unexpectedly add $300 to $1500 to your overall trip cost, in addition to course fees. We discuss this topic with you based on your comfort level and needs.
Accommodations, Diving, Nitrox, and Other Important Details: We handle the essentials so you can relax and enjoy your family time. Our professional team considers your family’s needs, including bedding and room arrangements, tank sizes, special occasions, dietary requirements, and levels of dive experience.
Upfront Pricing: We believe in being transparent about costs. Our price quotes and trip information detail taxes, marine park fees, course pricing, gear rental information, and what is or is not omitted. Be cautious of other operators and online reservation systems that may conceal important details or make it difficult to locate. On online platforms, diving may not be included, and costs for tanks, gear, maid services, and dive-shop passenger pickup may not be disclosed. Booking through AI or non-diving reservation operators may also lead to unexpected fuel surcharges, park fees, permits, and other costs that appear at checkout. Kids Sea Camp provides an experienced dive professional who will go over these details with you. We take the time to understand your needs and provide a detailed quote that includes all costs.
Pre-Reserved Adult Rental Gear and Tanks: While not included in your package, we arrange for adult rental gear and tanks in advance, ensuring everything is ready and waiting for you upon your arrival.
Airport Transfers: We include airport transfers to save you time, hassle, and money. Depending on the destination, these transfers may incur additional costs of $30 to $150 per person. They may reach up to $1500 for remote locations like Mysool or the Forgotten Islands in Indonesia, or for air transfers in Belize, or helicopter transfers in the Philippines and St. Lucia. Here’s how to book your family dive vacation.
We’re thrilled to have you consider joining us for the 2025 Kids Sea Camp! Before diving into the excitement, please take a moment to carefully review and sign our Terms & Conditions. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your diving adventure as soon as you make your deposit. We’ve designed our booking process to be as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. Your trip prices may vary based on your selected room and availability at your chosen destination. Once you reach out, we’ll promptly email you a tentative quote for your review. If everything looks good and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you a link to our enrollment platform where you can easily complete your enrollment form. Once your form, deposit, and Terms & Conditions are finalized, we’ll book everything for you and process your payment, after which you’ll receive a confirmation receipt.
In your enrolled account, you’ll find all the trip details and important information, allowing you to manage and update your plans with ease. Once we’ve received your final payment, we’ll send over your final documents three weeks prior to your adventure. Don’t forget: trip insurance is essential; ideally, purchase it within 10 days of your deposit to protect against unexpected changes. We highly recommend Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance, as all payments for Kids Sea Camp trips are non-refundable. Please note that changes to operators, destinations, resorts, or live-aboard arrangements cannot be made since individual corporations manage each.
To confirm your trip, kindly complete the forms for either a Kids Sea Camp group week or a Family Dive Adventure (non-KSC group trip). You can email, fax, or mail your forms along with payment to secure your spot. (Fax number: 843-353-2537).

2026 Kids Sea Camp reservation forms
Please note: If you are using our online booking process, you do not need to use these forms unless otherwise directed.
2. 2026 KSC Terms & Conditions. (This form requires 1 per adult age 18 and older.) It is each family’s responsibility to read and inform all family members traveling with them of the trip’s terms and conditions.
3. Adult Dive KSC WAIVER: This is for all divers aged 18 and older. If you have any questions or concerns about the types of animals you will encounter, please contact us at 803-419-2556.
4. Kids Sea Camp Equipment Rental Request Form: If you need to rent any dive gear for adult divers or we provide gear for your kids, please include this form for sizing 1 per diver. Kids’ dive gear rental is included in all land-based destinations. Kids Sea Camp is an authorized Scubapro dealer and many other brands. Please call us if you would like to purchase dive gear, luggage, lights, cameras, or other items for your trip. We offer special rates for our clients. SASY, Seal & Jr. Open Water students receive some Scubapro gear to keep in their packages. Contact us to learn about the free gear available for kids.
5. Trip insurance & Emergency travel transportation Insurance MASA: We highly recommend that all liveaboard trips have CFAR insurance and MASA.

We represent and sell many destinations of the best family dive resorts worldwide. We have personally vetted, worked with, and approved the operators we work with. They are all family-friendly PADI dive operations and resorts. We trust they are perfect for family vacations and use PADI as the standard for diving. Why PADI? We want to keep everyone safe and secure underwater, and PADI is the dive training standard.
Reservation forms required: Family Dive Adventures is a dive travel service that provides custom family vacations for all divers as a division of Kids Sea Camp Inc. Family Dive Adventures offers customers many options for customized individual dive travel vacations to fit their family’s personal needs. Our specialist will assist you with making your family’s dive trip reservations for diving with kids or a small-group dive trip year-round.

PASSPORTS & DOCUMENTATION: All travelers must have a current passport, sufficient funds to support themselves, and a return airline ticket to depart the United States. Travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into any foreign country.
It is the travelers’ responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation to enter each country on their itinerary and to re-enter their home country. Please verify with the relevant consulate and your chosen airline carrier to ensure you have the necessary documentation. Always check your passport and visa requirements. US citizens may visit the US Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov for more information. The website also provides information on consulates by country to assist with specific requirements.
There are special requirements for children leaving the US, and many countries have adopted special requirements for the protection of children. If you are traveling with a child that is not your own, a single parent with a child, a child with a different last name, or traveling without the child’s natural parents, you will require documentation proving your right to travel with children. Since regulations vary by country, please contact your consulate or embassy for your country and visit the immigration website of your destination for specific requirements. The Kids Sea Camp reservation office and staff will not assume responsibility for passengers who do not have the required documentation.
KSC Terms & Conditions: A no-refund policy applies to all payments made to Kids Sea Camp Inc. This includes disruptions due to weather, illness, pandemics, epidemics, acts of God, war, government mandates, canceled/delayed flights, and all unforeseen circumstances outside of Kids Sea Camp Inc.‘s control. All payments are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips. Kids Sea Camp is not an insurance company and does not collect payment for any insurance purchased with DAN, MASA, or USI, Cancel For Any Reason insurance. We provide links to sources that may assist you on our website, www.familydivers.com. Contact Family Dive Adventures directly for current information and pricing. Pricing is not guaranteed until paid in full. Package prices may not include some or all of the following: departure tax, round-trip airline reservations, luggage fees, gov’t taxes, port taxes, fuel surcharges, and marine park fees. These are beyond our control and are generally payable to the vendor directly. Family Dive Adventures and its agents act solely as a reservation service for selected suppliers and operators. It is your responsibility to provide proper documentation for international travel.
